Children’s Ministry

Greetings from the Hope Church Children’s Ministry team! Our program provides opportunities for children of all ages to grow in the love and knowledge of Christ in a warm, nurturing environmnent.
Here is our 2009/2010 morning schedule for kids nursery age through grade 5:
During Worship Time (9:30—10:45 AM)
Infants to age 3: Nursery care is provided throughout the morning. Please label all belongings! Babies are cared for by lots of volunteers, under the guidance and supervision of an experienced adult.
Preschool: Preschool care is provided in the First Step area. Preschoolers enjoy a variety of activities including stories, songs, structured play, snacks and free play as well.
Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 3rd grade: Join the congregation for worship, then go downstairs to Fellowship Hall for Children’s Church when the children are dismissed from the service. Children’s Church is taught by a dynamic, dedicated staff of experienced volunteer leaders..
During Crossroads Time (10:45—11:30AM)
Preschool and Kindergarten: Crossroads class in the First Step area. Kindergarteners will be escorted from Children’s Church to the First Step area.
1st, 2nd, 3rd Grade Girls: Crossroads class in Room 1
1st, 2nd, 3rd Grade Boys: Crossroads class in Room 3
4th and 5th Grade Girls and Boys. Crossroads class meets in Room 2 for snacks, then moves to Fellowship Hall for Kidmo.
Please pick up your children promplty at 11:30 in their classrooms!
